After your first taste of a Cuban breakfast, your concierge shall meet you at the hotel to introduce themselves and to remind you whatever you need they are on hand to help 24hours a day! You step out of the hotel with your private guide and today’s private chariot awaits. A vintage car shall be at your disposal throughout the day, well children do change their minds. Making your first foray into Cuban culture you will be captivated by the Havana Compas Dance company. Attending a rehearsal before trying your own skills at percussion create your island beat as a family band. We then head to an art project where you can see and learn about locals artists. The artists have created this to give something back to their community. After a day of being driven around the city, we take a different option today. But, worry not, it is not too strenuous and certainly family-friendly. We custom fit your E-bikes and take to the streets of Havana with you private guide leading the way. You shall the iconic buildings of the Capitolio, the Museo de la Revolucion before winding your way down the Prado Avenue, home to mansions of former wealthy individuals. Arriving at Jose Marti birthplace, famous for leading Cuba bid for independence from Spain. For lunch, we have another interesting suggestion or we can arrange for you to return to your hotel.
After some time to relax, we prepare to explore a little more into Havana’s art scene. Cuba is emerging as a hotbed for artists and you’re invited to meet two with your specialist artist guide. Offering you a great insight into their lives and to ask questions, whatever they may be.

Today is rather a long journey, so sit back and enjoy the ride as the landscape changes from your luxury van. We are heading to another UNESCO town of Trinidad. It is often described as frozen in time, as the buildings are beautifully preserved from a bygone time. Take some time to unwind and stretch legs, then after taking lunch at one of our favourite spots here we go and explore! Your local specialist guide is waiting to show you around by ready to be astounded by the natural beauty and tales of sugar barons and the more recent Revolution!

There’s also a little restaurant for guests who can eat organic food on a private terrace or in the garden. The hotel is also just a few minutes’ walk from all the action in town.
Today it is time to get out and into nature, you will be amazed by the natural beauty all around you as head into the Topes de Collantes national park, we take a leisurely trek and remember to bring the swimsuits as you can plunge into a natural pool and visiting a stunning waterfall before we head back. This is a great day to show the kids the beauty of nature. With a wide range of fauna on display, many endemic to Cuba. When the walk is complete you are treated to a fabulous Creole lunch will be served before we take the short drive back to the hotel.

How do you really get close to the locals? We believe the soul of Cuba or any country is in the food. Today you shall wander through a local market with your expert guide to discover what fuels the nation. You will also see how rations in action, yes this still happens here. After seeing all the ingredients, we have a private cooking lesson arranged to show how to make some local food and a refreshing mojito, for adults at least.
After you have let lunch settle, we turn up the heat with a private salsa lesson. Laugh and learn as you are taught how to salsa with cocktails or mocktails available. The rest of the day is yours to kick back and relax, of course, if you want suggestions your concierge is on standby!
